The 2006 Chicago Marathon took place Sunday, with winner Robert Cheruiyo finishing in about 2 hours and 7 minutes but collapsing as he crossed the finish line.
Participants were given space blankets and organic bananas as soon as they finished to help them stay healthy. Here’s a slideshow of the day’s race:
