A slideshow of Project Pumpkin 2006
Hundreds of kids from around the Evanston area came to Norris Thursday evening for Project Pumpkin, 2 hours of trick-or-treating and games put on by NCDC. Popular games included candy pong and hockey.
The event aims to be a safe place for children to celebrate Halloween. An audio slideshow:
