In one of the weirdest crossovers since Andrew Bird appeared on children’s television, English-songsters The Clientele make a special guest appearance in the new copy of The Mammoth Book of New Manga (Vol. 2). According to the band’s blog, the manga tells the tale of a Chinese girl named Lee who falls for a member of The Clientele, much to the dismay of her boyfriend. Makes more sense than DBZ.
