By
Tickets for Office star B.J. Novak’s NU performance sold out within 45 minutes, A&O Productions announced Friday. Tickets went on sale 10:30 this morning.
It’s A&O’s fastest-selling show in memory, said Diana Richter, A&O’s director of speakers and special events, in an e-mail.
Novak will perform stand-up comedy at Tech Auditorium on Feb. 16. A&O and the Center for Student Involvement are sponsoring the event.

It’s absurd that every person was allowed to buy 8 tickets! I was in line for over an hour and did not get tickets. There were hundreds of people behind me who did not get them either. Everyone should have to wait in line to get tickets instead of sending someone else to get them for you!

AGREED!
What the hell! It is absurd that groups are so desperate to sell tickets quickly that they are unconcerned with fairness. While this show might have “sold out” I doubt Tech will be full. There are going to be tools reselling tickets for $30 a head over listservs and pissing me off!
One wildcard per person!!!!!!!

YES!!! THE TICKET LIMIT WAS HORRIBLE!!!
we’ll see if A & O will be able to prepare and control a large crowd…of 600 people.
