I completely disagree. For a middle-class families who makes around $40,000 a year, and after financial aid, the student needs to pay around $30,000 a year, $10,000 can mean coming out of debt $40,000 ahead of time. Especially because NU is helping from the bottom up, the families being affected are going to be the ones who most need it. If it reaches the middle-class, which it probably will because NU gives much more generous packages to those in the lower-class already, those families will definitely be able to feel the difference.
