		<description>I took some non-vegetarians there, and they said the seitan was at least as good as the "real thing." But you should be careful when comparing--just because something looks similar or has a similar name (like a "veggie burger") doesn't mean it's trying to taste the same. An assumption that it is trying to, often leads to disappointment, the same way that expecting a pear to taste like an apple will make you say, "Man, this is a bad apple."

Nice closing line, fo' sho. But you might want to learn to either white balance your camera or color correct in Photoshop. :)</description>
