		<description>You lost 60 pounds that's incredible. My friend use to be overweight as well and he was told to change his diet and meal plans in order to lose weight. So from what I read they basically give you a meal plan and you follow it?</description>

Anon, the Flex plan is their name for the system where you are alotted a certain number of points each day based on gender, activity level, age, and starting weight.  Each food has a points value determined by a formula based on its calorie, fat, and fiber content.  I get 23 points a day, which puts things into perspective when leafy green veggies are worth zero points and a slice of pizza can be around seven points.</description>
