Alternative Student Breaks won $9,000 to lead all A-status student groups in additional funding granted by Associated Student Government on Wednesday.

Overall, ASG’s Senate added $30,204 to the Student Activities Finance Board’s original funding recommendations, which were made last Wednesday. No groups were deducted money from the original recommendations.

One Step Before, a group representing minority pre-medical students, gained $5,295, after originally being recommended nothing. Mayfest, which runs Dillo Day, received an extra $5,000.

ASG kept in reserve $20,106 of available money, which will be deferred for funding later in the cycle.
