It is so sad that the city is not allowing these young men to express themselves. When there are other young men out there killing and robbing people, then that seems to be okay. What is America coming to, everything has to be by permit in this country, and they wonder why things are going on the way that they are. Allow these young people to express themselves, so they can keep out of trouble, and out of the jails. Shame on Mayor Daley and the Police Department of Chicago. What they should do is allow these young men to be expressive in Chicago, especially at the airport where many people travel to Chicago, and give them someuthing to be joyful for while entering the city. I am from the Bahamas, and when you come into the airport, there is culture that greets you and it is a lovely thing.

Its cool to live up with the things you really like. It is one way to live up our dreams although we don’t/cant really dictate what we could become, but we can ask or do something to make it happen.
