At a minimum they could stop increasing tuition more than the rate of inflation. Hands down NU has the stingiest financial aid of any of its peer insitutions. amen, NU’s financial aid really sucks. I know I can pay for school out of pocket - as in, I have a college fund that is separate from my family's finances that my grandmother set up for me when I was a kid, but it's still all the money I have for the rest of my schooling, and I plan to go to college and graduate school, so at some point, I see that becoming something of an issue. This sounds like a terrible system that's only helping the people who are, you know, already getting help from people who are better at helping. That’s very frustrating.
