This year’s Project Pumpkin, an annual event hosted by the Northwestern Community Development Corps, saw nearly 1,000 children trick-or-treat through the halls of Norris. Various student groups on campus set up tables and activities to amuse children coming from Evanston and the greater Chicago area.
