I am not saying this to actually offend you or anything, but the black tkd belt means nothing. You can still be beaten, you are not a fighter. Even tho tae kwan do have made you fit, flexible, and taught you various techniques(mostly kicks), its still not enough for selfdefense. Face it tkd is like soccer, you dont learn how to fight, if i where you id seek a gym, something that teaches to hit and get hit (boxing gym, thaiboxing gym, mma gym and so on)...

in order to learn to defend yourself and be confident, you need to take a couple of hits...

I so agree Buffy was the best. Seeing as how i am male it did not see Buffy as role model to be as a female because that would be quite literally impossible, but i loved her for most of the same reasons, because she was a total kick ass and being a girl at the same time I was watching Buffy since i was an 11 year old boy and have no regrets. I am not thinking of taking up taekwondo kinda, im learning a few kicks and conditioning my legs but i gotta find a club somewhere. I'm not bad really, i think i gave a nice high 45 degree kick and my balance is rather awesome. But yup Buffy was the altermate kick ass, and then there is Angel. I would admit that as a guy i would follow more in Angels image, that cool dark hero kinda guy, but Buffy was where it all started and i even collected the comics now.
