This is a truly devastating loss for the university and our community. I personally did not know Trevor either, but as a current sophomore I have one vivid memory of Trevor I feel a lot of other sophomores may share.

During NSW 2007 during Tom DeLuca's hypnotism show Trevor was one of the participants pulled randomly from the audience. While up there, Trevor was hilarious, jumping up and down and doing all sorts of crazy things. I remember talking to some of my friends and thinking "Wow, that kid was awesome. He's going to be popular here".

I was very recently reminded by a friend that Trevor was in fact the kid at Tom DeLuca, as I had subsequently forgotten who it was.

As a community now we must take action to become closer to one another. Forget about your fraternity you're in, what football team you support, and whether you're an Engineer or a Journalist. Be there for your fellow student because Trevor's loss is MASSIVE, and it would be futile if we did not learn from it. Check on your neighbors, be nice to everyone you meet. oNe Northwestern...

The vigil held in his honor tonight was truly a beautiful thing - Millar Chapel was nearly filled to capacity. I am exceedingly proud to be part of such a supportive and caring community.

I didn't know Trevor personally, so I can't attest to what he was like, but at his vigil tonight, his friends and family absolutely raved about what a charismatic, talented, thoughtful person he was. Previous NBN articles didn't exactly touch on these qualities, so I appreciate the publication's most recent effort to portray him in a more accurate light.

I never met Trevor, but he will clearly be missed here at NU. My deepest condolences to the Boehm family.

Trevor was always a joy to be around. He was especially kind to my children. Caleb, Logan, and Samantha loved him dearly. The boys would get so excited anytime that they knew they were going to get to see Trevor. We all especially loved the book that he wrote. What a sense of humor he had. Our lives are all a little emptier and a whole lot sadder with out Trevor. We love you all, Leslie and Darnell, Brittany, and Allie.
