The shortlist for the Literary Review Bad Sex in Fiction Award, recognizing the year’s worst erotic writing, includes John Updike’s “The Widows of Eastwick” and Ann Allestree’s début novel “Triptych of a Young Wolf,” which features, according to the author, “wolf sex, between my young wolf, my hero, and his girlfriend, who happens to be an Alsatian…they have hybrid sex.”
