Tally Hall, Big Sean will play Dillo Day
Updated 5:58 p.m.
Tally Hall, a five-member rock band from Ann Arbor, Mich., will play at Northwestern on Dillo Day, according to Ben Sandler from the band’s management. Mayfest co-chair and Weinberg senior Diana Richter also confirmed that Big Sean, a Detroit-based rapper who also performed with Solange Knowles in the For Members Only Spring Concert, will perform with Mike Posner.
Big Sean and Posner have collaborated on a number of songs, and Big Sean even posted a video on the Facebook group “Bring MIKE POSNER to Dillo Day!!!! (please)” hinting that if Mayfest booked Posner, Big Sean might make a guest appearance. Big Sean is a recent addition to G.O.O.D. Music/Island Def Jam — Kanye West’s record label.
The band’s most popular songs on iTunes are “Good Day” and “Banana Man,” and the members are known for their distinctive style, appearing in all their promotional photos wearing white shirts and different-colored ties.

I’m so pumped for Tally Hall!! Seriously, props Mayfest. This will undoubtedly be my best Dillo Day. If you don’t know Tally Hall, you are missing out and should definitely be there to see them.
