I feel like the “I am that someone” is merely stating a fact. This Kian character is simply saying, I will be the person who will inform you on the following distinctions.

I found the article, overall, to be humorous.

“Not a prick” – maybe you should write an article for NBN on the differences between sluts, hoes, and skanks. Maybe you can provide some insight.
