Second student charged in Matthew Sunshine case

A former Northwestern student was arrested in late January in connection with the death of Matthew Sunshine in June 2008, according to Evanston Police.
Rohith Olin Banerjee, 21, was charged with “unlawful possession of an alcohol beverage by a minor,” a misdemeanor, according to Cmdr. Tom Guenther of the Evanston Police Department.
