Are you "skinny-fat?" See for yourself.

    This past Tuesday (Jan. 20), North by Northwestern posted an article about the phenomenon of “skinny-fat.” Essentially, we told you that just because you’re thin, you’re not necessarily healthy. But how can you tell if you’re in danger of developing high cholesterol, high blood pressure or heart disease — and what can you do about it? This handy diagram shows you the way, even if you’re not built like a Ken doll. Just move your mouse over the orange dots.
