Medill alum held captive in Libya
More than two weeks ago, Medill alum James Foley was captured in Libya by forces loyal to Muammar Gadhafi. While Foley is still being detained, Northwestern has responded by promising to utilize social media and hang “Free Foley” posters around campus in support of the captured journalist.
