When the Cubs played their last game of the season against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Wrigley Field on Saturday, plenty of fans who couldn’t get tickets — or didn’t want them in the first place — followed the game from outside. They heard the game on the radio, listened to the cheers of those inside the stadium and watched TVs in apartment windows.
