Breaking: iPhone unavailable?

Earlier this week, the Apple Store UK sold out of iPhones. Now, the Apple Store US is also out of stock. Apple rarely runs out of stock on their gadgets. And if you look at the site, there isn’t even a way to pre-order one for when the next shipment comes in. Does this mean [...]

Ol’ Steve is at it again, 2008 Macworld rumors

I did my best to get to Macworld this year. I contacted the press coordinator, pleaded with her for passes (she gave me two), and even found friends that would let us crash at their place in sunny San Francisco. However, the people who were going to go with me, in the end, had to [...]

Guy with iPhone takes on pilot

While the iPhone is a great device, it seems that some pretentious iPhone users are taking their love a little too far. During a delayed flight, an iPhone user tried to challenge the pilot’s announcement of a storm delay by looking up the weather up on his iPhone. The captain quickly jumped on the PA [...]

Google’s stock jumps, Google Phone set to arrive?

The recent months caused Google’s stock to jump from around $500 per share to just over $700 per share. The reason? Tech and market analysts are predicting that in the coming weeks Google will announce its dive into the cell phone market. While most initially expected Google to produce its own handset, many are now [...]
