AINU will celebrate Stop Violence Against Women Week with programs including a viewing of a documentary addressing international sex trade and a discussion by women’s rights activist Ahmed Ghasmery on Friday at Norris.

Members of the Northwestern chapter of the Roosevelt Institute painted the Rock to promote the Illinois Youth Town Hall event, which will be held Sunday afternoon at Dyett High School to address violence, unemployment and access to education among young people in the state.
